Redesigning the VOX Cinema Digital Ecosystem
VOX Cinemas is a leading cinema chain in the Middle East, with over 600 screens across the region. They offer a wide range of movies, as well as food and beverage options, making it a popular destination for movie-goers.
My role
My role on the project was to work with Strategy, Development and Product teams to reimagining and redesigning the new VOX digital experience.
Starting with research, testing and establishing design best practices, my team and I redesigned every job-to-be-done, helped bring together a more holistic, integrated and personalised cinema booking experience.

From hyper personalised content to contextual notification. Customers can pair their favourite movie experience with food and drinks from any restaurant, reserve parking, engage in communities and interact with larger than life AR campaigns.
