About the Project

Data solutions solves the critical role in understanding customer behaviour linked with real transactional data. Through the Majid Al Futtaim ecosystem of business, the Data Solutions platforms aggregates and visualises regional data down to a customers local neighbourhood to better understand their needs and behaviours.

Designing a platform that links millions of data points is no small task. As part of my role, I established a flexible design system framework that could evolve and grow as the product did. My team and I ran continuous cycles of user research and testing, resulting in a marketplace of data products that was both intuitive and scalable.
